Question:
How to create bar code labels for assemblies?

Answer:
The default environment contains an example of a bar code template. To create the bar code labels:
  1. Click Drawings > Create Drawings... to open Master Drawing Catalog.
  2. Select Assembly Drawings.
  3. Select Create Bar Code Labels (A).

  1. Select an assembly in the model.
  2. Click Create drawings in the Master Drawing Catalog.
  3. When you open the drawing, it will not contain any parts, only the bar code information like below. The template it uses is \environments\default\template\TS-PieceTag.tpl.

Note!
If the bar code is not visible, you might not have the correct bar code font installed on your computer. You need to download some bar code font and use it in the template.
