Changes in reference model update functionality

The reference models update functionality was changed in Tekla Structures 2016 version compared to older versions of Tekla Structures.
Tekla Structures 21.1 and older versions
Many users have used a workflow where all reference models are updated during the night. The updated reference models are then automatically read at model start up in the morning. The reference models update functionality worked like this Tekla Structures 21.1 and older versions.
Tekla Structures 2016 and newer versions
In Tekla Structures 2016 version, the reference models are no longer automatically read into your model when you open a model. You need to click the Refresh button (see below) at the reference model side pane to read the updated reference models into your model.

Workaround if you want to still use the old functionality
You can use a recorded macro to refresh reference models in Tekla Strctures 2016 version. Recording the macro from this functionality in Tekla Structures 2016 version is not working by default, but we have prepared a modified macro, which works in the 2016 version.
Extract the file RefreshReferenceModels.cs from the attachment (refreshreferencemodels.zip) to the ..\TeklaStructures\<version>\Environments\common\macros\modeling folder, restart Tekla Structures and this macro is available in Applications & components catalog, under Applications.
