Cannot drag rebar mark leader line to a desired position

Question:
Sometimes when dragging reinforcing bar leader lines, they are jumping to a different place along the bar.  How could I place the leader line starting point where I want to? Sometime also certain leader lines are reverted to an old location after opening the drawing. 

Answer:
Tekla Structures is optimizing the leader line base point. With setting XS_ENABLE_REBAR_MARK_LEADER_LINE_BASE_POINT_OPTIMIZATION to FALSE you can switch off the optimization and place the leader line where you want to.
