Question:
I have difficulties to apply a pour break in my model. When I have pours visible, model is slow and I cannot apply pour beaks.
Answer:
The problem might be that there are too many parts in a pour. When there are too many parts in one pour, the model is slow to handle. So you should divide the model into smaller pours using pour phases:

Answer:
The problem might be that there are too many parts in a pour. When there are too many parts in one pour, the model is slow to handle. So you should divide the model into smaller pours using pour phases:
- Click Tools > Options > Disable Pours And Pour Breaks to disable pours temporarily.
- Select concrete parts that should form one pour. We recommend that one pour phase should contain less than 50 parts.
- In Concrete Beam Properties dialog box > Cast unit tab, click button twice to clear all check boxes. With the Concrete Beam Properties dialog box you can modify all concrete part types, like footings, columns, slabs, etc.Image
- Enter a value for Pour phase and select the check box in front of that field.
- Click Modify.
- Click Tools > Options > Disable Pours And Pour Breaks to enable pours again.
