Allow multiple instances between parts in custom component

Question:
I am unable to create two components between the same parts. I will get a message "component already exists". Why does not the option Allow multiple instances between parts work in my custom component?
Answer:
If you change the Position in relation to secondary part to be different to center, then you are able to create two components between same parts.
