Adding orthogonal/perpendicular snapping shortcut

I used to have the orthogonal/perpendicular snap on by default in previous versions.
The command was on the Tools menu.

It was easy to switch it ON/OFF, and the status bar indicated whether it was on.

Now the command is in File -> Settings -> Customize Keyboard shortcuts. Search for "toggle ortho" and check that "O" is the assigned shortcut for the command.
